2026 USPSA MK Battery Conference Cup Championship Series Tournament

NEW: ATHLETE & GUEST CONDUCT POLICY

For the 2026 Conference Cup, all athletes are responsible for the conduct of personal care attendants, family, and supporters they bring to the event.

Key points athletes need to know:

• You may face sanctions (including removal from competition) based on your guests' behavior
• This applies throughout the event period at all locations (venue, hotels, restaurants, etc.)
• Violations include: violence, harassment, profanity, providing substances to minors, disrespecting officials
• Sanctions are based on what you reasonably could have prevented

The intent of this policy is not punitive, but preventative. All athletes deserve the opportunity to compete at their fullest potential, and USPSA will not tolerate conduct that endangers participants, disrupts competition, or creates an unsafe environment for our community.

Team representatives: You are responsible for sharing this policy with all athletes on your roster before registering.

Important Meetings: 

‍Coaches Meeting - 

• Meeting will be held via Zoom (meeting information will be emailed to coaches 1 week prior to meeting). The meeting will be recorded.
• There will be only 1 meeting for all 4 conferences.
• The meeting will take place the Saturday before the National Tournament - Saturday, June 20th, 2026 at 6:00 pm Eastern, 5:00 pm Central, 3:00 pm Pacific and will last roughly 1 hour
• In order to be the most efficient we are asking coaches to email your questions ahead of time so we can better address them. Deadline to submit a question will be June 6th
• Agenda items will be similar to previous years (rule changes, points of emphasis, etc).

USPSA Annual General Meeting - 

• The AGM will take place on June 14th, 2026, at 3:00 pm Eastern via a Zoom conference call for team representatives.
• Elections will take place online via Google Forms.

General Event Information:

Here are some additional details about the 2026 Conference Cup Series Tournament.

‍The Social - This will be a time to recognize all of our supporters, give out individual awards, and some good food. More details to follow!

Awards - All team and player awards will be presented on the court after the championship game of each conference.

Lunches - Lunches will be provided as part of your Athlete, Staff registration and Fan package.

Match Schedule - The match schedule will be released a minimum of 14 days prior to the start of the event.

Water Bottles - Please bring refillable bottles. We will have limited bottled water as a backup.
